I am surprised how well this page works turned 90 degrees, it was torn from a magazine. Elsie did a double page spread, with her left hand entirely filled with a busy page from a vintage design book, and the right hand being a sheet of plainer vintage paper that she could write (and doodle) on. Elsie stressed that even if we have had a HORRIBLE day, we need to journal it, and if possible add a positive thought.
